Red Jacket Orchards Juice Review!

I recently had the chance to try out Red Jacket all natural juices, which are 100% natural fruit juices pressed at Red Jacket Orchards based in the Finger Lakes Region of New York!

Never made from concentrate, with no added sugar, flavoring or color added, these juices make a delicious treat any time, day or night and leave the palette most satisfied!

I had the chance to try the Fuji Apple Juice, Raspberry Apple Juice, Cranberry Apple juice, Strawberry Apple Juice, Joe's Summer Blend and Tart Cherry Stomp! All of which you can see in the photo!

The juices arrived safe and sound in the mail, nicely packed into a cool  box with ice packs and nice and cold! My husband took one, my son took one and my daughter took it upon herself to drink half of every one I tried along the way, and so it is safe to say these beverages were enjoyed by the whole family - they're like a crisp little slice of summer in your mouth and not a single one disappointed - they were all delightful, fresh and extremely juicy with no unpleasant aftertaste... just the desire for more!

If you would like to try these delicious, natural juices for yourselves (or check out the Cold Press Process along with some Fun Facts)  then you can find them nestled happily over HERE! You will find these in many different flavors for a fabulous $19.99 per 6 pack of 12oz bottled or $19.99 for 3 larger 32 oz bottles! There are SO many to choose from and something for everybody including Spiced Apple Cider! Yum!

Brighten up your spring/summer with these natural, none-of-the-fake-stuff juices! Just what the taste buds ordered!

Discalimer: I received a free 6 pack of juice for this review and was not otherwise monetarily compensated for my opinions, which are 100% truthfula nd my own. Your opinions may differ. Thank you!

DaVinci Gourmet Syrup Review! YUMMY!

There is something delicious about a nice hot cup of tea or coffee with a splash of the right flavor syrup to perk up your pallet and this past couple of weeks my mouth has been dancing to the many tasty syrups straight from DaVinci Gourmet!

For over a decade, DaVinci Gourmet has been bringing sensational flavor to the waiting public and satisfying a sweet tooth across the board with its wide range of unique flavors of which I had the absolute pleasure to try over the last week or so!

Some of the flavors I have personally tried have included: Classic Caramel, Classic Raspberry, Zero Calorie Chocolate, Zero Calorie Vanilla and Zero Calorie Kahlua!

I have always loved a coffee with a little extra pop and so these syrups really put the twist I want into my beverage of choice - even tea tastes wonderful with a little flavor so why not! I particularly love the taste of Classic Raspberry in tea and the Zero Calorie Kahlua tastes just amazing in a nice, hot cup of milky coffee!

There is no yucky after taste, which I have found with some other syrups and they are not overly sweet if you use the right amount! The taste is exactly what you would expect from a quality product and you don't have to limit your use of these to tea or coffee alone! Think about using them in some of your sweet treats and iced favorites! I have certainly not been disappointed at all!

For a list of available flavors, you can hop on over and visit DaVinci Gourmet HERE and then check out their FAQ for a full list of stores, coffee shops and outlets where you can pick up your syrups of choice! Available in over 40 countries world wide, see if there is one available near you, today!

Disclaimer: I was provided with several flavored syrups in order to write this review! I was not otherwise at all compensated for my view. All opinions are honest and my own and, as every, your opinions on the product may differ! Thank you!

Demiflux from Etsy Jewelry Giveaway! 2 Winners!

By: Beautiful Incentives

I love jewelry, but It isn't all diamonds and pearls with me. Though those are gorgeous in their own niche, I often prefer the handmade kind. There is something really personal and unique about hand crafted jewelry from a small business or one woman/man show, and I love helping them get noticed.

When I was approached by Demiflux, I took one look at her page of products and fell in love with her colorful, whimsical jewelry designs. Not only that, but I fell in love with the prices. Being one who has made jewelry myself and bought the supplies to do so, I know what a fair price is.

Her jewelry features very creative and beautiful bubble like designs that she calls "Bijoux, baubles and wearable beauty" As creative as that line is, so are each individual piece's names, such as "Unicorn poop" and "Frozen Grapes" It really doesn't get any better than that.

Demiflux gets her inspiration from the universe as a whole. From space to places she has visited, she uses that as a focal point in her art and tells little stories for each piece made.

She works with a variety of mediums like hand blown glass, and uses very interesting textures! One of the things I love about her jewelry is that she uses all lead and nickel free metals, which is very nice for those with allergies.

I honestly haven't found anything from her collection that I wouldn't wear, so let's get on to the rest of the eye candy already!

The necklace I chose (shown above closeup) is called Star Cluster. A very pretty iridescent dreamy mix of turquoise, blue, purple and  pink. I love it and it really shines bright with sparkle.

This is the ring I chose and it is called Aurora Borealis. This ring really takes you back to the mood rings from the 90's. Only without the temperature factor and lots more dimension. The colors transform on their own depending which way the light decides to hit them. This one shows so many different colors at an angle. I think this looks so beautiful and is a trademark of her pieces. It goes perfect with the necklace.

There is a new craze called Nail polish jewelry and  she uses that technique among others. Hers is very similar and competitive against the rest of the designs I have seen. Especially regarding color combo and textures!

Take a look at the rest of her gorgeous pieces and if you purchase, use Coupon code: BEAUTY10. You'll get 10% off your entire purchase (excluding S&H), for the first 20 orders! After 20 orders the coupon will expire.

And now, I'm so excited to announce that Demiflux jewelry was generous enough to offer TWO lucky winners a piece of their own! One person will win the Carolina Sunset Necklace and the other, the Seven Sister Ring!

A little about each piece given away:

The Ring
Name: The Seven Sisters
It was inspired by her love for astronomy. A bit about the Seven Sisters, this star cluster is also known as the Pleiades or M45. It is one of the brightest and closest star clusters, it contains over 3000 stars and is about 400 light years away.

The Necklace
Name: Carolina Sunset
The inspiration for this necklace is the beautiful sunsets she has been able to enjoy on her journey around the U.S. Many of the sunsets her and her Significant other enjoyed in South Carolina had a lot of pale blue sky but the clouds were bursting with color.

Pro Flowers Review!

Just before Easter I had a wonderful opportunity to purchase a bunch of GORGEOUS flowers from Pro Flowers, in order to share with you their service and a little of what they have to offer!

I have to say that I have not used a mail order flower company in YEARS because I usually pick up arrangements, and gifts, myself but I love the idea of making someone's day with a nice, fresh cut bunch of flowers or gift to let them know you care and this is where Pro Flowers know how to service you best!

It took an age to search through their site to find the perfect flowers for the occasion (Easter in this case) because there were just SO MANY beautiful arrangements to choose from! One eventually caught my eye though, which I kept on going back to and just had to pick up - Peruvian Lilies in a double bunch with 200 blooms!

Regularly $39.99 for a bunch of 100 blooms, the Peruvian Lilies were 50% off with a coupon I discovered by searching through Google! I picked up the 100 blooms for $19.99 but for just $9.99 more I also picked up a second batch of 100 blooms and hence my 200 blooms for a staggering, bonus price of just $29.98! You will be able to catch this dead by clicking HERE (good at the time of posting this article, but prices and deals/coupons may be subject to change at any time!).

To be sure to have enough space for all of these blooms I picked up a cute purple vase as an add on for my flowers, which was $12.99 (vases and colors and prices vary) and further added a Lavender bath collection set for another $9.99! (Pictured to the right with a nail polish for size reference - mail polish NOT included with package).

My total for 200 Peruvian Lilies, a vase, lavender bath set and shipping was less than $65 in total, which is a fabulous deal on a floral delivery! They were also delivered within 2 days of placing the order! You just can't get much better than that!

When the flowers arrived we were 4 days shy of Easter Sunday, which I had planned on purpose assuming that the blooms would not yet be open and would need time to come to life before giving some to my MIL for the dinner table, and...I was right!

The blooms turned up in 2 separate bunches, which made them easy to cut and prepare and delicately arrange in both their new vase and an older vase I had lying around the house! They advise that they will start to open and bloom within 24 hours and they certainly did that! By the end of day 2 they just looked AMAZING and so, so pretty! (See photo, above left, of blooms on arrival and, bottom left, upon opening/blooming in the days after).

3 days following the stems arrival, I cut them down for a second time and fed them a little more plant food and they were good to go for Easter day! We gifted some to my MIL and to my step son's mother as a little home made gift from him in a little coke bottle with a simple ribbon - it made his day to go home with something for his mother and it made my MIL's day to receive a pretty bunch of flowers for the table!

Of course I kept the second bunch for myself and they have brought joy to my room for over 2 WEEKS!!! In fact, it is day 16 today and they still look amazing, even though they are starting to wilt a little now and will probably only be around now for another day or two, but I am thoroughly impressed with their longevity and you really can appreciate that for the price when many bunches of flowers only last a little less time!

Overall, I have to say that Pro Flowers has met, and then exceeded, my expectations! I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product, the quickness of the delivery and the cost in total! I am just delighted to be able to share these with you and to let you know that Pro Flowers gets a BIG thumbs up!

Remember, Mothers Day is coming up just around the corner and perhaps this post will give you some ideas for gifting to a rather happy mother!

Have you ever used a flower delivery service before? What did you think? I would love to hear your thoughts!!

Disclaimer: Pro Flowers allowed me a total of $65 to spend across their site in order to write this review. This did not in any way influence my feelings of thoughts on their site, products or service. My opinions are open, honest and 100% my own based on my experience with my order. Your opinions may differ. Thank you!

Evil Dead, Quick Review!

Last night we we went to see the remake/remodel of the Evil Dead movies and it was pretty good, if you ask me!

I really loved the original movies and of course Bruce Campbell was a staple in those and I was interested to see how this movie was going to pan out with a new cast, new characters and, of course, no "Ash".

I went in with low expectations as I have never really seen a good remake of any film, but this one certainly delivers! With a young cast headed up by the star of Suburgatory (I forget her name!) you're never quite sure who is going to die, who is going to survive and you'll never see the ending coming!

I enjoyed all of the old school props and lack of CGI but there were a few questionable moments for sure! I loved the make up and the close ups and the "ooooh" moment's that definitely made you cringe here and there!

Horror isn't dead, but it has got lost in this blanket of dark hair, raggedy clothed, night gown wearing ghost stories over the years and it was nice to see something different but familiar back on the scene!

The movie survives without Ash, the characters tell their own tale and the old and new universes of Evil Dead mastery could quite easily be brought together in the future if the powers that be wanted it to!

If you hike down to see this one, you won't be disappointed! Also, you might want to sit for the little 60 second "Easter Egg" at the end - Groovy!
