Quick tip of the day: Utilize cheaper packets of soft noodles (fresh, soft or dry) to make a meal that doesn't consist of JUST the noodles! Round out your plate a little with vegetables, sides and whatever you please!
Here is a plate with soft noodles, mixed vegetables, a side of baked, breaded squash and some guacamole with a little tabouli salad. Seems like a strange mix but a little of everything on a plate makes life a little less boring - it also gives the kids a little choice, color and flavor!
