Huggies Snug & Dry Ultra, #Ultrahug Event: I'd Like to Nominate: Red Creek Wildlife Center!

Huggies has a new Snug & Dry Ultra diaper (only available at Walmart) and to celebrate these new cozy diapers, Huggies is hosting an event, which allows you to nominate a community venture for a chance to win a $2k grant all in the name of an #Ultrahug!

All you have to do, to nominate the venture of your choice, is to upload a photo of you and your little one in an #ultrahug and share it to Twitter and Instagram, with the nomination of your choice!

As such, I wanted to share with you a little about the organisation that I would love to see a grant go towards, because it would mean a lot to our family to be able to give something back to a place that has been there for us, and the community for as long as I can remember.

My husband and I love animals and have had an especially large number of reptiles in particular come through our hands over the years. Our family has bonded over, and shared great moments with the wildlife that we've seen, cared for and admired from a distance and we've taught our children how to appreciate each and every one of them.

Every time someone moved and left behind a turtle or when we rescued an iguana from a yard sale and the snapping turtle that someone had sitting in their car without water or food for an entire week, we took them all in and found them homes or let them go somewhere safe!

There are not so many organisations out there that take in reptiles, but when we came by one turtle that got very sick, we found a rehabilitation center in PA called Red Creek Wildlife Center, who put themselves to the task of making the little guy better and nursed him back to health!

Red Creek Wildlife Center has a great way of rescuing, caring for and taking in wild animals and has been doing so since 1991! I am therefore nominating them for Huggies #Ultrahug campaign, to possibly win a grant for $2k, which I believe would help the organisation continue to care for Pennsylvania wildlife just as they always have done for us and their community!

If you have an organisation you would like to nominate for a change to receive a grant from Huggies, then head on over HERE to upload a photo of you hugging your little one, and with the name of the organisation you would like to nominate in this #Ultrahug event!

Also, check out the new Huggies Snug & Dry Ultra Diapers, which support long-lasting leakage protection that won't let you down! From newborn to 35 lbs, Huggies has you covered and Only Huggies Snug & Dry Ultra Diapers have a new, unique quilted liner to lock away wetness better than the rest!

With a conforming, gap-free fit to keep your active baby dry through the day, the Leak Lock® System has quick-absorbing layers for up to 12 hours of protection and confidence for you and your baby!

 It is that simple!

My daughter, when she was little, use to bring home any animal or reptile she found that was in distress. She took care of them, nursed them, and then released them of found them homes. Now she's a vet tech or the army. I always figured she'd wind up in the veterinary field.
