Ice Chips Candy for Your Holiday Gifting!! #MGBHGG

Disclaimer: I was given some Ice Chips to review and to give my honest opinions. All thoughts are my own and your views might differ! Thank you!

I discovered these a while back when my friend had a boat load of them in her car, asked if I'd like one, and got me instantly hooked! Looking into the brand thereafter, I came to find out that they were invented by two "grannies" who were out to make a better-for-you candy that they wouldn't feel guilty about feeding to their grandchildren or anyone else!

Bev Vines-Haines and Charlotte Clary have been friends since 1986 and they are such an infectious combination, so driven to make their business successful that they went ahead and made a hard Xylitol candy (previously thought to be an impossible task) and wouldn't you know it - Ice Chips were born!

These little tins of delightfulness are small enough to carry around with you in your bag or pocket and the chips are of various sizes so you can pick and choose as your mood sees fit! I love that about them, so much so that I can spend forever digging in the tin trying to choose which piece to eat, instead of mindlessly just eating one. I don't know quite why it is so much fun, but everyone else seems to react the same way!

Ice Chips, having been made with Xylitol, are better for diabetics, who want a sweet treat and are better for teeth than regular candy, with Xylitol promoting saliva and strengthening teeth, preventing some new decay and more useful benefits that can be discovered HERE!

There are currently 7 different variety packs of Ice Chips to choose from on the website, which range from the Holiday Pack to the Variety Pack: SHARK TANK Special

The flavors run from liquorice to candy cane, pumpkin spice and even egg nog! There are even Ice Chips with ginger or eucalyptus! The choice is yours, and you can check out the full range of those choices over at the Ice Chips website!

They are great for sharing, super on a date night for a quick fresh breath solution and they make excellent conversation starters, as well as gifts!!

This year I know a lot of kids who will be getting these in their stockings instead of the regular candy that some others might get, and I know I won't feel as bad about it, while they'll still very much enjoy it, and maybe even more!

These have gone down well with ALL the household members, young and old, and so they get a big 10 out of 10 from us all and I can never get enough! They're just such a great idea, and they work, too! I am honoured to include them in this years Holiday Gift Guide, which you can follow on Twitter with the hashtag #MGBHGG.

Find Ice Chips on Twitter and Facebook for more information and let me know if you've tried them before, and which are your favourite! I personally ADORE the ROOT BEER FLOAT!!

Happy crunching!!

My Mom was just diagnosed with diabetes so I'm always on the lookout for things she can safely eat. It's really hard to find candy!
