Owl's Brew Makes Your Famous Grouse Shine, This Holiday Season! #mgbhgg

Disclaimer: I was provided    with samples to bring you my honest opinions. My views are my own and your views may differ, thank you! Please drink legally, and responsibly! Thank you!

If you are over 21, then this is for you!

My dad was a true Scotsman and we always liked to celebrate the New Year rolling in rather than Christmas and I remember him having a little of The Famous Grouse Scotch whisky on those special occasions. I still, to this day, prefer the celebration of the New Year over Christmas and will continue to raise a glass to my dearly departed father every year to keep a tradition alive.

This year, The Famous Grouse just got even better, while pairing up with Owl's Brew Teas, which are crafted especially for cocktails and come in a variety of flavors.

I was lucky enough to try out the Owl's Brew: The Famous Mint Tea, which is made from fresh peppermint tea with a little lemon and hand-made in small batches!

I was dubious about the tea as a mixer, but if you tell me it is good then I am going to try it at least once to find out for myself and boy, is this GOOD! It really gives The Famous Grouse a nice, light zing and takes the edge off of the alcohol and pairs so sublimely that you might very much enjoy this combination, even if you weren't originally a fan of The Famous Grouse, or a lover of tea!

I must admit that I do like The Famous Grouse on ice, on its own and very rarely mix it, at all, but I like the Owl's Brew Mint Tea mixer enough that I would personally go out of my way to buy it, again, and to use it for get-togethers to impress my guests as it does have a uniquely refreshing taste to it and I enjoy it a lot.

You can find Owl's Brew on Twitter and The Famous Grouse, too! Keep up to date with any special releases and to check out your holiday buying options to impress your guests!

The Famous Grouse AND Owl's Brew Teas both make our Holiday Gift Guide this year as I would love to receive either in my stocking Christmas morning and I am sure you know someone who'd like either/or, too!

I'd love to hear some of your favourite mixers and flavours to add to your drinks over the holidays, and hope you'll consider Owl's Brew Teas, too!

Cheers!

Please remember to drink alcoholic beverages legally and responsibly!

Thank you!

Wow! I never would have thought to use tea as a mixer. I'll have to try it. Thanks for sharing!
