This is a late update for last week, week: 16.
I have been on Nutrisystem now since July and I lost quite a lot of weight, which I have been thrilled about. This week, however, was the first week that I put on a pound instead of losing or maintaining, so I have been feeling a little disheartened with that, though not too much as 1lb is better than 20lbs, so I can't really complain about that, but I would, at this point like to see the scales moving instead of hovering around the same weight every week.

I am doing everything I can, sticking to the food, having my flex meals, exercising and all that, but I will admit that this week I ate a little more cake than I should have and soda, which I don't usually drink, but it was available so I did. I have been a little less active since the air is more frigid, too, so I just need to keep motivated.

I have been tracking my food and there are days when I just don't drink enough water and so I have upped that over the last couple of days, too. My decrease in water intake seems to have come with buying a water filter! I don't know if it is just that it is more convenient to carry about a half a gallon of water at the time and just reach for it or what, but for some reason I was easily drinking far more water when I was buying it in bottles - if anyone actually has a theory on this, I'd love to hear it, because I'd prefer to save cash and use the filter, but somehow my butt would rather make a cup of coffee while i'm out in the kitchen, than pour water!? I don't know!
I'm not going to sweat it over a pound as you can put that on in a day doing just about anything, but I certainly would like to see that weight going the other way. It is a lot harder at this stage, but not impossible as I still have a long way to go! Fingers crossed!
All I know is that since a 1lb gain last week, I have been trying to push more water, trying to get more done, get more active, change it up a little and yet go back to eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and not switching that routing up, out or around, which I tried before to get over this plateau, which didn't work. I did pick up 3 new workout DVDs on Thursday, so i've been using those, too. Maybe I just need to keep pushing and keep it fresh!

Your doing great! It seems I gain 2 lbs every weekend and loose it all by fridays. Haha. The struggle is real. I too have a problem getting outside to exsercise in cooler weather. I need to work on the water too. You look great! You got this!!!
