I have been dealing with a lot of stress lately, which has been impacting my ability to stick to Nutrisystem as much as I would like, but I am still trying and still working on it!
I didn't lose any weight this week or last, but I did have a dr visit today to get some things in order and to see if I have any issues that might be impacting my weight loss journey, and to rule anything out like Thyroid issues.
SO! With that being said, I am still going strong on Nutrisystem and have been very open with my doctor about it and she sees the improvements I have made and is very honest with me when she doesn't think i'm on the right track, which as it goes, isn't how she feels right now, so i'm happy that I have her support behind me.
I wasn't sleeping very well, so I bought a new bed, which has helped me get into a better sleep routine and that has had a positive impact on my day-to-day shinanigans, too.
I have started dance workouts, which do look quite amusing, actually, but my children like to do it with me and so that makes it more fun and a bit of a family giggle and wiggle.
My current favourite Nutrisystem food has to be the Tuna Salad. I can't get enough of it, it just tastes so good. I like to add a little spice to it and boom, delicious!
I have put in my order for the coming month and I am going to soldier on diligently and keep on trying! I know I have to have a break in the wall sooner or later - the Dr. did let me know that these walls can last a week or months, so I haven't lost hope, not yet!
